ものづくり仲間から、道具箱を入れて持ち運ぶためのポーチが欲しい、とリクエストがありました
・バッグの中でも道具箱が安定するよう、程よいフィット感があること
・熱や高温に弱いものを入れる場合もあるので、保冷機能があるとなおよい
上記の要望を踏まえ、試行錯誤を重ねていると、ポーチの真ん中長手方向に、両開きでファスナーが走るイメージがふと降りてきました。
あえてスリム(薄め)に、それでもフィット(安定)する。
遊びが生まれる部分には保冷剤を敷き詰められる。
道具箱を入れポッコリしても、ファスナーを開閉しやすいように、両側にタブ(取っ手)を配置。
裏地にはアルミ蒸着シート(改良・選択の余地あり)を。
500mlサイズのペットボトル2本がすんなり入る収納力(遊びあり)。
当初の想像とは異なるものの、友人は大変気に入ったので愛用してみるよ、と言ってくれた。
It all began with a request from a fellow maker: A pouch to carry a toolbox with ease.
・A snug fit to keep the box steady inside a bag.
・Insulation to protect items that are sensitive to heat.
Through trial and error, the idea took shape:
a slim pouch with a dual zipper running along the center, designed for both stability and versatility.
Details include:
・Slim yet secure design to hold its contents in place.
・Extra space that allows for ice packs when needed.
・Side tabs for smooth opening and closing, even when the pouch is full.
・Aluminum-laminated lining (subject to refinement).
・Capacity to fit two 500ml bottles with room to spare.
Though the final form differed from the initial vision, it was met with delight.
My friend now carries it with pride, making it a part of daily life.
